• Chaconne Martin-Berkowicz

    WRITER/DIRECTOR

    Chaconne is a writer & director originally from Portland, Oregon. Her work explores desire, power dynamics, and the female gaze. Her TV writing credits include Amazon’s Cruel Intentions, and Amazon's I Know What You Did Last Summer. As a director, her short films have played at festivals including but not limited to SXSW, Atlanta Film Festival, and Maryland. Chaconne is a 2024 Sony Pictures Television Diverse Directors fellow and is developing her feature. She holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University.

  • Zoey Pressey

    PRODUCER

    Zoey is Head of Production at Radiance Pictures. She has produced a variety of award-winning short films, music videos, and commercials, including music videos for Tyla, ScHoolboy Q, and Sabrina Carpenter, and shorts featured at Berlinale, Tribeca, SXSW, Slamdance, Aesthetica Film Festival, TIFF New Wave, Palm Springs International Film Festival, as well as on Vimeo as a Staff Pick. Zoey is a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Film & TV Production, and is currently in development on a feature film, Kismet, which was recently selected for WScripted’s Fourth Annual Cannes Screenplay List.

  • Cailin Lobb-Rabe

    PRODUCER

    Cailin is a Marketing Director and Freelance Film Producer based in New York. Born and raised in Germany, she moved to Northern California aged 11, before attending university in England at the University of Kent. She most recently produced a UCLA MFA pilot currently in its festival run. Cailin has a passion for story-telling centered on complex relationships and feminine experiences.

  • Gemma Doll-Grossman

    CINEMATOGRAPHER

    Gemma is an LA-based cinematographer. She focuses on narrative feature filmmaking. Her goal is to provoke visceral reactions to story and image. Committed to utilizing experimental techniques, Gemma loves to explore sexuality, moral ambiguity, and the magical in the mundane. Gemma graduated with an MFA in Cinematography from AFI Conservatory in 2019. She has since been a Project Involve 2022 fellow, a two-time Panavision grant recipient, and a cinematographer at the 2023 Sundance Directors' Lab. Born and raised in San Francisco, she studied Biology and Film at Wesleyan University. After college, she lived in Rome, Italy for four years and worked as a set electric, most notably with directors Jonas Carpignano (Mediterranea; A Ciambra; A Chiara), Benh Zeitlin (Wendy) and Joe Talbot (American Paradise; The Last Black Man in San Francisco).
